i posted this in another thread dedicated to chance, you guys are really dedicated here, and i am proud that you guys were touched by who chance was he really was a great man, and he touched a lot of people. Im glad you guys have taken your time to remember him and make a paypal to make a solitary donation in your forums name. that really says a lot. i am working with the bank the donation center is at to have them construct a paypal account for direct deposit so it can be done that way too. thanks again - cody miller


hello my name is cody miller, i was one of chances closest friends from a small town in oregon called brookings, we grew up together, i just got home from the service today, it was a beautiful celebration of his life, i wish more of you were able to make it, it seems as though a lot of you on here really got to know the chance that i grew to love. he officially now has an account set up in his name at the Chetco federal credit union in oregon. ( www.chetcofcu.com ) unfortunately there is no paypal at this moment to make online donations to this fund. I am personally going to get this up and going tomorrow. and post a link on here and on my website. ( www.tripodoregon.com ) i cannot express my true gratitude to those of you who have kept his family in your thoughts and prayers. they need all the help they can get from fellow gearheads like yourself. So far our members have donated $979.00 for Chance's Memorial Fund.

Chance was very much a part of our familiy here.

I know there was some members waiting for Friday to donate.

It makes me extremely proud to see this website be able to do something so good for someones family.

For those that don't know, my uncle died in Tennessee. I went to the services this evening and will be going to the cemetary in the morning. He will be buried in SE Virginia. I haven't let that keep me from staying in touch with what we're doing for Chance though. Sitting in the funeral home, seeing my uncle, and watching my family members makes me feel that much worse for Chances family. My uncle was 83. He lived a full and wonderfull life. Chances was just starting.

Please, no 'sorry' posts. My uncle has gone on to be with the lord and all though I miss him, I rejoice knowing he was a kind, wonderful, and godly man.
