so are we gonna need any special extrication tools?? I always carry about a hundred feet of chain, air compressor, basic tools, multimeter, and a ton of knowledge...
SVT
Shouldn't need anything special, the basics ought to cover it! The first trip, I was the only vehicle & didn't get into any trouble, the 2nd trip I had my brother following me in his CJ 7, I got a little more bold & tried something I shouldn't have, I ended up on the edge of a steep embankment & couldn't get out without flippin' over....yes, a Heep had to winch me back onto level ground.
I tend to get a little more bold when I have other vehicles for assistance!
All I have is a few basic hand tools, a tow strap, & SVTs knowledge. I still gotta figure a way to mount my tow hooks, I only have 2 & still ain't sure if just one on the front & one on the back (if I can figure a way to mount one on the back) will be sufficient.
Gonna carry it down to my dads shop tomorrow so I can change the oil, figure out the tow hooks, mount my spare on the carrier, & try to see why my carb wants to flood while just idling through the trails.
By the way, we are gonna need to get pics! I don't really have any "action" shots of my B2 & woould like to get some of everybody else also. I have an old floppy disc digital camera that takes good pics that I am bringing, but my lazy ass friend hates to get out to take any & he seems to always blur the pics anyway!
