i had the 60/40 bench but i mad it into the bucket seats but were can i find a center/arm rest set up for it?

Make one. If you look through the "Technical Library" you will find a place that shows you how to make a center console from molds you make out of styrofoam.

If you want something to bolt in, An exploder console will fit in there. Either full length or short ones will work for you.
What year is your Ranger ?

I'm curious, though, if he is talking about a different truck.

Most likely sounds like he is talking about his Ranger, and Just about any exploder console will work for him.
