So saturday night on the way home from work my CEL turned on, so the next day went to auto zone for them to read my codes and What came up was
P0171 and P0174 NEED HELP

Intake gaskets.

Are you sure it my intake gasket cuz the paper they printed me out said it had to deal with my air fuel ratio

My qualifications are Ford Technician. The qualifications of the information you have so far are "piece of paper printed by a parts-jockey who barely graduated high school". Now I will explain:

The Mass Air Flow sensor, right behind the air filter box is what determines the amount of air coming into the engine. Any air coming into the engine, or "leaking" if you will, after that point will disturb the air/fuel ratio towards the lean side. P0171 and P0174 are bank 1 and 2 lean respectively. Unmetered air IS getting into your engine somewhere.

The 4.0 is known for intake gaskets going bad. Especially after this much time.

My response stands.

3 out of 10. Worst part is getting the EGR tube off. You will need a 1-1/16" wrench.

Gaskets? Yes, an upper and a lower gasket.

Clean the MAF while you are at it too. A bad or dirty MAF can cause your issue, but it wasn't common on your year and is usually accompanied by other symptoms like odd idle, hard start, black smoke, and/or poor fuel economy.
