how can i fix my cb so when i talk i cant hear my self thur my radio speakers just started this weekend never done it before ive had it for about a year or so put at amp and sub in a while back could that have something to do with it any help would be great

Need to use heavy shielded cables on the stereo amp and get the heavier shielded antenna cable for the CB. Also sometimes the stereo amp needs it's chassis grounded.

Welcome to my world. I had to wire a relay/switch up to my stereo amps.
It kinda happens when you run lots of power, even with the best coax.

Did you have anything done to your radio?

Are you using the Stereo Speakers for the CB too ?

If you are ,then there's your first mistake, it may have worked but not as well as it could have.
Get a high quality communications speaker (not rat shaq) and place it near you, pointed towards you or directly in front of you, then you will see how good your CB can sound.
Some of the aftermarket comm speakers have a sw to add noise reduction when needed.
