Carquest starters any good?

I looked around but surprisingly didn't see any threads. Anyone have experience with Carquest starters in their mid 90s Ranger? Specifically I'm looking at a 3271SN here locally as I don't have time to wait for a Rock Auto shipment this time.

It's a crap shoot really, could get a good one but could get a junk one right out of the box

Yeah, that, and where the heck you finding a CarQuest starter from in Portland anyway? Is there some discount store somewhere? All the Advance stores went out months ago...

I'd put that up in the range of the higher end store brands, decent chance of quality but like anything a chance of a dud...

ha, yeah I bought it new off marketplace. Paid $75 so even if it's a dud I'm not out a whole lot.
