Hey everyone I was just wondering if any of you have used the carbon fiber clutch pack for your l/s diffs and what are your opinions on them if they are worth it, or any likes or dislikes about them. Im not planning on doing any hardcore off roading but I would like to know I could go a little deeper if the time comes if it does go in the mud or something of that sort. thanks. ohh its 8.8 28 spline 4.10 gears if that makes any difference.

I neither have a l/s nor do I know anyone with carbon clutch packs. That being said I would upgrade that to the 32 spline with disk brakes. Or if you don't mind going full width move to a d44 or bigger.

The 8.8 is good and cheap but it isn't worth putting to much money in to make it better.

What kind of trails are you planning on running?
