So in the Duraspark conversions page it says that you can use a P/N 64-5242 from Autozone, but that part does not exist anymore. They also do not show a listing for a 1978 Mustang.

Doing a search at Orielly's for a 1978 Mustang Carb it shows a Part # 2-920

Would this one work?

I do not know the difference from a feedback and non feedback carb to be honest.

Yes either one will work and both look to be for automatic transmission.

Be sure and get this spacer it will save you alot of headache. It is the same thicknes as the stock one but plugs the vacuum leak where the TPS was. Just put the spacer on the manifold egr spacer and put a new gasket between the carb and the spacer. If you have performance issues get two #42 jets and stick them in the carb. That will bring that motor to life.
