Can't find the hole to release Ignition Lock Cylinder.

Hi, I own a '93 Ranger, and I can't seem to find the extra hole on the steering column cover to release the ignition lock cylinder. I took off the two-piece column cover and I still could not find the area to press down on the ball to release the cylinder. Any clue??? Wish I could provide pictures, but I was trying to follow this video here:

Not sure if the new ones are the same but with the cover removed directly below the lock tumbler there should be a small hole. Get something small like a nail and push in the pin while pulling on the key switch, it should just pull out. I am at work or I would send you a picture
