Putting the flywheel, clutch, and trans back into the truck, and I can't find my damn Haynes manual. So can someone lookup and give me the torque specs for it?

Flywheel to engine
Clutch to flywheel
Trans to engine

And anything else that might be pertinent?

'87 Ranger 2.3 gas with FM145 manual trans.
