Lately when I'm filling my truck up from a can it leaks out from the top presumably right where the filler neck goes In. The catch is it doesn't leak when I use a pump, I've had someone look it over they said it looked ok, I'm just wondering if this is a common problem

Rangers have the common problem of having the fill neck collapse on the inside.

Yea the leak is more towards the top of the filler neck. The gas can spout isnt as manly as the gas station pump nozzle so less penetration could be your ummmm problem.:icon_thumby:

Alright good thanks for the help, I always have leftover fuel from my dirtbike fuel can and would pour it into my truck, guess i just wont do that anymore.Good to now it's common and there's no holes in my hose somewhere.
