Can trailer load be too far forward?

I doubt it, probably just see the little bar graph bop around on the screen. Might not even notice it depending on how often the computer is checking the sensor to refresh the data on the screen.

It would be averaging a series of data samples over a period of time to minimize fluctuations like that. Like a computerized version of anti-slosh for your fuel gauge.
