Can this be fixed?

I’m looking for a donor with a good bed and some other things, but in case that doesn’t work out, is it possible to fix this?

Would it be a huge patch panel or pull it the best you can then body work?

I think you would spend more time and money fixing it than you would pay for a donor.
Another option to consider while you are looking for a donor, would be convert to a flat bed.
I'm not a professional body person, but I've done a pickup bed broadside similar to yours and it ain't pretty. A lot of time and effort.

EDIT, just saw your other post and you already have the bed off. So you halfway there to a flatbed...

Bedsides can be replaced. Lot of work, won't be cheap. You'll be better off finding a replacement bed.

depends on location. here in the rust belt we try to fix anything even remotely salvageable.
you being in rust free Texas is a totally different game.

most of the support pieces behind the fender are flat, easy to straighten out.

Check marketplace. There are normally between 1 and 3 ranger beds for sale in central texas all the time. I bet they will all be stepside, though.

For a long time i looked for a straight bed but i gave up since all the ones on marketplace were always stepside
