i was lookin at pics and vids of my old ranger and i was thinking. could i build a DD ranger that would clear 33's? the thing would be, it would have to be on a budget. it would have to handle 33's i would like it to be flexy but still have good road manners.

heres what i was thinkin.

8.8 rear
not shure on a front. possible SAS but id like to keep a stock bolt pattern.
cut the hell outta my fenders
homemade snorkle
cb
lights

my base for all this would probley be a ranger ext cab
5speed
manual t-case
2.9 v6.

i kno i will need to regear, maybe fix my steering up. would 4.10s push 33's and be able to do at least 60mph?

what front should i use? i was thinking another yj HP30 but id like more beef up front. plus i wouldnt have to get rid of the coil buckets if i stayed with coils. what front ends would i be able to use that have coils, and would let me keep my stock bolt pattern?
