Can I use this oil

I want to use Castrol Syntec 10w 30. the manufactorer recommends 10 w 30 but is a synthetic OK?

Ah baadboy beat me to it yes, i use castrol 5w-20 in my truck, it has 3.0 tho but (someone may correct me) once you switch to synthetic theres no going back.... so i hear

well "synthetic blended" oil is 50% reg oil and 50% synthetic

i know, but if i use it my buddys dont bitch im using sythetic in a conventional engine or conventional in the synthetic.

alright thats what i'll switch too next oil change. im at 114,000 and next is 117,000 so it'll be a while
