I haven't decided about Friday night or not, I'll be in a hotel about 30 mins east, and I'm not sure I want to park the trailer at the happy moose place, even though they look like they have a decent amount of parking. All depends on how the drive goes, though my options look meager by the hotel

I will pack a sandwich for Saturday. I developed diabetes three years ago so it's best if I eat on a regular schedule. Plan on arriving late afternoon and set up camp, probably grill something for dinner in case the Happy Moose thing starts late, which it probably will. Have a physical therapy appointment at noon Friday then leave after that. Getting old sucks. I only live an hour or so away.

I'm on the road on my way from PA to Ohio dragging TRS-2 with the Loan Ranger. I should be at Southington around 5 or 530. I'll drop TRS-2 and then head to the Happy Mouse around 630-7.

I'm glad I happened across TRS-2 for sale online. I really want to see that truck restored back to it's former glory, but even better. I was just a lurker on this site back when that truck was built and used.

I’m going to try and get the choptop together today and head out. Won’t be as complete as I wanted it to be, but as long as it’s driveable I’ll be happy. Got the heavy work done last night, now it’s just bolting everything up and take it for a test ride before loading up.

I wish trs #1 would show up somehow, after all its the original “rangerstation truck”. just like all the bigfoots are cool, but the original is still where it all began.
