Alright, back story time. I was in an accident where my truck (99 xlt 4x4 extended cab) tried to swallow a jeep. I broke both spindles and something in my front different came apart. So I replaced everything from wheel bearing to wheel bearing and upgraded to the 01+ live axle set up to get rid of those pesky vacuum hubs. Ever since I've been eating ball joints like crazy. I dont see off road much except for my mile long gravel drive way so I'm not chewing them up on trails. I've also had a bad camber issues (not enough to notice with my untrained eye but enough to wear the tires) and tire cupping ever since (been about a year now) and a vary slight caster (I think that's what the shop said. He told me it wasn't going to hurt tire wear so the .01 that it was out wasn't going to hurt) my question is, could this be a bent frame issue? I'm also thinking it could be the A arm may be bent. Any ideas? Also now my drivers side front end is making an aweful creeking sound when I drive I'm thinking it's possible a blown shock. Thanks for the help guys.

.01 degrees on anything isn't going to make or break the tire wear, he is right about that.

If the frame is bent it should show on the alignment measurements. Almost anything else damaged should show as well.

Do you have a print out from the alignment shop?

I'll look and see if I still have one, it's been a while since I've gotten one (6 months or so) maybe just time for another allignment? And if you look at the cross member where the t-bars start, one is further seated than the other. I'll see if I can get some pics of it tomorrow. While I'm under there is there anything else I should snap for a better understanding?
