finnally getting around to rebuild my knocking 3.0 (rod bearings were smoked) im looking at my cam bearings and im seeing some wear, just looking for some suggestions for removing and installing them.

im not too fimilar with ford but what i can see this motor is junk, i called every bone yard in my area and they all said they cant keep that motor in stock for long and nobody has one. so im forced to rebuild mine. on a better note at least i will know its all new now
