alrighty here we go again fellas..

due to some issues with our normal fresno meet spot (running horse has been leveled out and turned into a peanut farm or something), we have decided to take this a little closer to socal this go round. we will be meeting in pismo saturday the 8th. times will need to be worked out for caravanning, camp sites etc. i will probably roll down on friday night to take advantage of the whole weekend. we have one month to work this shit out! there are area's on the beach that are still plenty do-able for the lowered crowd, so this aint just a lifted ranger meet! come one come all!

I'd love to attend this but I work weekends now.
That and gas . . .

Did you guys know that Pismo is now the last beach you can legally drive on?
Humboldt County has closed Clam Beach to vehicles permanently from what I can get from their website.

^^what about samoa dunes?

I have been out there, and I looked it up and it appers to me to be specifically for OHVs. The trails I could see were narrow, maybe wide enough for a Ranger but not bigger. I haven't seen 4x4s out there in the few trips I took out to the mouth of the bay.

One of the guys from Eureka probably know better though.
I was definitely disappointed when Humboldt Co. closed clam beach though. I had the opportunity to get out there once, I think I still find sand from that trip.
