Cab removal...

So Thinking when i do my motor and M50D tranny swap if it would just be as simple as pulling the cab and just setting it all in??? Has anyone done this is it as easy as it sounds.... or a nightmare waiting to happen..

That sounds like more hassle than its worth. I'd loosen or remove all cab mounts and then just jack the cab up as needed. You get the freedom of moving it as needed, but none of the hassle of disconnecting everything.
