Pretty sure Ford never released specs on the stock cam. Ive never found any. Might try to call someplace that iether makes cams for the 4.0 or does custom/regrinds Cams. Try Brian crower. I know for a Toyota 3.0 they said to send them the cam and the specs you wanted with 125$ and a weeks time they'd have it done. They might have an idea.
