so i haven't been on here in a couple of months. im not sure if i missed much or if anyone even noticed. since then i did a SAS on my ranger with a dana 44 out of a jeep rubicon.
its geared with 4.88s and a detroit locker, chromo shafts, warn manual hub conversion kit. i used 10" sway-a-way coilovers, y-links and a yota box fro steering. it took me about 3 working days to get it on the road.
then i drove it from san diego to baltimore, md, where i now live. i stopped at my parents house in oklahoma for a few days and did some hunting and wheelin. while i was there i managed to blow out a tranny. that was the first time i have ever worked on a tranny but it was easy to install the new one. i do regret not putting in the new centerforce clutch that i have had laying around for almost 2 years now, but i was in a hurry.
while i was in oklahoma, i did pop off a couple pics but that pretty much all the pics i have since the swap.
