i dont know why im doing this,
but im letting my brother have the bronco, even trade for the ranger

i do have an extra transmission, transfercase, front diff, front beams, everything i need to make ranger 4x4 IF i ever get around to doing that

for now with the ranger i would just lock the rear, get leveling kit, maybe a lift, 32s, a good paint job, something like this:

or maybe leave her black and put the red coming around the front and the stripe {where the black is}

and yes i will still have a 4x4, im in the process of gettin the maxda {potato tits} going again

im gonna miss my bronco
but she does have a horrible transmission leak, i burn about 2 litres in 15 minutes and she got a really bad noise in the front end somewhere, and she only goes in 4x4 half the time, and the transmission is about to go

and the ranger hasnothing wrong with her, the clutch gets air in it sometimes so you gotta pump it about a hundred times to get it to work every now and then
and she has been sitting all winter and my brother wants me to put the original front end on the bronco so when i get that done i guess the deal is done and ill get the ranger going

I think that is a great trade, especially if you have all the stuff to make it a 4x4. It looks pretty awesome and in good shape.

You can't do a factory 4wd swap on the Ranger as easy as you can on a BII. You have to swap the engine cross member on the Ranger to make it 4wd from 2wd.

That is all well and good, but I doubt someone would want to take the time to swap the engine cross member on the Ranger. The 2wd Ranger's do not share the same engine cross member that the 4wd Rangers do.

i legally own the bronco..i signed the bill of sale and the registration..
and im thinking my brother legally owns the ranger..since he is the first one to buy it

and i was at the ranger today and got the sylenoid hooked up, but my starter wouldnt kick in so i took it off and hooked it up to my battery charger and it wouldnt go, and the teeth arent stuck..so does this mean my starter is give out? the starter is only about 1.5 years old, but the truck has been sitting since last fall

If you don't have a title in YOUR name then you are not the legal owner. Registration and bill of sale don't matter.

If you trade then you guys need to transfer titles to each other. Although I don't really see the point since you mess with both of them so why not just leave it as is and share them?

the bronco is titled to me and the ranger i am not sure about..
but were nott gonna go that far as to switch them over, maybe someday but not for now

i just got her to start
i crossed a screwdriver across the sylenoid and she fired up for the first time of the year
but the clutch wont engage so she wont go in gear? does this mean the clutch is gone in her?
