BW1354 Manual-Shift Rebuild (by the book)


Bump . This pin that holds the oil pump, mine sheared off . Likely just drill it out and install a new one ? Anyone else have any. Tips and tricks and pics for this .. I stole this from earlier on in this thread , this is what I’m working with

what year?

that looks like a roll/tension pin. they are a very hard material so good luck drilling it.
try carbide tooling.
does that hole have rear access?

if drilling it would be best to mount it in a mill for precise work.

It’s out of a manual bw1354. The rest of the case is a bw1354 electric shift . Yes, I’m learning how how of steel it is lol
