Buying Parts Online

Just wanting to know what online vendors you guys have had good luck with in the past. Ive heard horror stories about some places so im kinda curious as to what ones i could actually use.

I prefer www.rockauto.com they are usually the lowest price you will find.

I have used them a few times, definately fair prices but I don't particularly care for the way the site is set up.

I try to shop at the local NAPA. When I can't (I'm 30 minutes from town and UPS is by daily) I like partsgeek.com. They have stuff in stock that the bigger places have divested themselves of--I think they buy defunked businesses and sell off the stock. Seems like.

Summit was around when I was a kid and I ordered stuff from them with the litte cutouts on their magazine pages. They aren't the cheapest though. If Sam Colt were around he would say that the internet made men equal.

I had luck with car-stuff.com for ford parts online where they don't ship to the Pacific but I use my brother's US address to be the recipient for the parts I need and I send him the payment money via Western Union so he can pay for it and later I also send him money so he can ship the parts I need.

Autopartswarehouse.com is pretty damn good. Great prices for factory stuff too.

Interestingly, my best bud car-stuff.com and autopartswarehouse are sister companies.
