I am getting ready to head out pick up a 2000 for explorer today, I paid 2000 for it has a beautiful running 4.0, smoth transmission and looks decent. Only thing it needs is a new front bumper. And maybe two new tires.

Well my ranger is going to be getting new tires and I am swapping my old ones over to it my ranger tires are not all that bad and would be fine on the explorer. Just thought I would share my news, I will take pictures of it later when its home.

Oh and it only has 73,000 miles on it...

Do the brown wire mod....unless you like the way the front pulls when you (try to) break the rear loose.

73,000 miles on a 2000? Very nice! My '06 has 65,000+ on it. Let's see some pics of this thing.

good deal! I have been wanting to find an older explorer or bII with no luck but Im kinda picky on the the body condition. lets see some pics!

It looks good from far but far from good, I am going to be putting some pics up soon I am still without internet. It has be damage on the drivers side roof looks like someone tried to pry the doors open and damaged the roof and doors on the drivers side.

Does anyone know how to re program the keypad for those things, I know how to do keys and keyless fobs but I have never programed the keypad.

Just found out my new explorer is like a butt ugly chick with a ton of makeup, replaced headlights today and found a broken header panel and such. Also just found out that it was rolled over on its side and has a slight rod knock. Changing rod bearings in a few days till the. Block is finished and buying a porta power the push the a piller back where its supposed to be.
