I bought mine just a few years back for $2,200 here in CA, smogged, clean title and none of the issues this one has. All glass, zero rust, seats.
Good clean ones are still out there for cheap and it's a lot more fun (and also cheaper) gradually improving on a decent example than bringing one back from what I can only describe as 'junk' status, like this one certainly is. I would pass on this one!
