If money is not a real concern..take it to a local engine/ machine shop. IF your looking to do a swap git a seperate engine and rebuild it.

really may want to concider a 4.0 swap...more of them out there & better mod's available

What I always have done is take it to a LOCAL machine shop.. The local guy is easier to deal with if something bad happens after the rebuild.. Also he is better suited to do the work one at a time and not many in a day.. The work I have received over the past 50 years has always been top notch..
