Yeah, not exactly a small chunk of change and I doubt most people would qualify for a mortgage of that amount, let alone afford the payments.

That would be more of a business loan than a normal mortgage. It's a whole different world - need a good business plan.

Why not you? Might need a partner for financial reasons, but you certainly have the skills and a sense of what might work.

Edit: I'm being serious here. Run some numbers and see if you could make it work as a sort of semi-retirement plan?

on the surface there is not enough camping. its an expanding area so putting in 10 mini house/cabins more likely with laundry and a restaurant if the area would support a new restaurant is the only way i can see me living there...

assuming you can wrench out of there and sell parts and run sxs ect... that looks limited as well.
