Can these be put on with out cuting very much? I Have to much lift as is for my 31in tires but I love the look of the cutouts.

hard to find now as the mold broke - you can fit 31's with no lift EASILY with the cutouts, and if you search online you'll find the instructions, you cut a bit out of the metal...
What I'm asking is can I put them on without cutting or at least cut very little? I have a 7in lift with 31in tires. 31s are way to small as is.
