I took 250 up and hopped on the turnpike last time. Toledo works well since it is literally on the way.

I don't know if I want to give money to the turnpike. My wife and I like exploring old US routes. I'll likely go west to Ashland, north up 250, and then head west on US20/23 to Toledo. Should be pretty much 4-lane.

Turnpike is nice since you can set your cruise at 75mph. I like exploring too, but it is not what I want to do at 430am, or 930pm.lol. Last time I drove there in the dark, wheeled all day, drove home in the dark.lol

I live just east of Ashland, so we could meet where 250 crosses 71. Im not sure if you are familiar with the area, but there is the Fin, Feather, and Fur or Goasis both would be easy to see off 250 and have parking lots to meet in (big enough for Brad to get turned around in.lol)

Goasis (BP) is our usual meeting spot. Nice and big
I might have 2 CJs coming with me.

I was thinking the same. I just don't get the same enjoyment out of pushing myself anymore. Makes it feel too much like work.

No camping.

I am too cheap to rent a hotel room.lol. I have lost sleep over less enjoyable things in my life.lol. I can sacrifice a few hours for a day of wheeling.lol
