So I'm Looking for a prerunner bumper for my 02. Does anyone know of any other company that make bolt on bumpers like Dixon Bros but not for $550?

Try going to a fab shop they can make you and bolt on if u ask them. from like $200- $300 depends on what u want. and if u want chromoly or steel.

I've done some research before and they're the only company that makes them. everyone else does it themselves or has a shop do it
