bumper monting U nuts

I was taking my rear bumper off (01 ranger) & messed up some of those U nuts that go on the frame that hold the rear bumper on ,can anyone give me info for them, size part num,where to get them & bolt size

I might have some left over from my recent mods...but you probably won't be able to get them from anywhere other than a wrecker...I've been ordering and getting parts for 92 and 96 so maybe the auto parts stores can find them...

If you can find an autobody paint and supply place they would have or know where to find. They will be pricey tho.
