I'd like to see some pictures of front bump stops at ride hight so I can get some ideas.
Thanks

Yeah, thanks. I thought you had longer stops. If my math is correct I need at least a 6" drop to save my shocks. That will really effect my up travel. I have duff coil buckets and was going to run quad shocks, but I might have to try to rig up four F250 towers.

What I did was jack the axle up to where there was a minimum of ¾-1" of shock rod showing (do this with the coil removed), then set the bumpstop to just touch the axle at that point. On the driverside front I didn't have to lower the bumpstop at all (infact I cut it down slightly, being that the bumpstop was for a D28 and I have a D35), the passengerside I had to lower down about a half inch with a few washers.

Aren't the Duff front shock mounts taller than stock also? (not sure there's enough room for four F-250 towers, they're kindof wide)

if you need that much bumpstop... I think you're right by saying you should address the shocks before trying to worry with bumpstops.

What 4.0B2 said...

Are you using the duff springs too?

It seems like with my duff lift the radius arms actually limit the travel before the spring/shock does, but it still flexes very well for a bolt on kit.
