Rear "coilovers" have arrived. Once the temp warms up a bit wrenches will turn again on the Pontiac!

So, more stuff to ponder. The Poncho has a cable operated clutch, whereas the S-10 had a hydraulic unit. I found this link of a gent who fitted an aftermarket clutch and master assembly into an Astro van so that may be a route I have to take. I don't think my Muncie has the slave in it but I will have to check. THe stock clutch is pretty well cooked too so I will need that. I may set about cleaning up the trans an mounting it next week to see about clearance. Just waiting on a gasket set to put the engine back together.

I know I've been saying this for a while, but now we have a date. Wrenches will turn on the rally car Thursday. Stay tuned!

This makes me want to build a rally car or a drift missile over the summer.

More goodies for the car. Freebie shift knob off the Brostang.
