I have a 97 ranger with the 4.0 and a manual transmission. I have a hi pinion dana 44 and a rear dana 60 and 63i chevy springs. I was wondering what springs people run in the front and what the best spring for me would be. I was also trying to figure out what transfer cases i could run, because i am trying to get rid of the push button transfer case. i have hear of peole running a 203-205 doubler. Any input would be great. Thanks.

This is covered in the tech section and this has been covered a thousand times.. thus the reason for no reply. id look into eb coils if i were you. tbh just go read a 4/5 star build thread.

Hi and welcome to TRS.
Swynx is right in that this has been covered before but I remember when I first started using this site it was a bit overwhelming. I had no experience with forums and how they are set up. In case you're in the same boat, here's some pointers;
First is the search buttons. There are two, one at the upper right corner of the page, and one below the advertisement in the dark blue header bar in between "new posts" and "quick links".
Next are two info sections located in the light blue header bar directly under the "find us on facebook" button, "Info-technical" and "Info-other". This has recently changed so I would suggest just looking through them to see what you can find.
Then there is the TRS Magazine which has articles that are sometimes not in any of the above.
And finally you can look through the build threads. They are located in the Forum index page, in this case under the "suspension & armor sub-section".
