4 fuses are always flowing
all fuses out I have 3-4 mA loss.
fuse 39 radio__150mA with bulb in circuit (analog meter). Pegged with no bulb. Meter only goes to 250mA.
fuse 14 radio buttons and display__130mA with or w/o bulb.
fuse 5 BSI__200mA with bulb, pegged without.
fuse 26 Cluster__170-190mA with bulb. Pegged without.
All in___digital meter shows a big rush (OL) then .9A & clicking noise from dash for 10 seconds then 1.4A & clicking for 10 more seconds then .7A steady & noise stops.
So I'll pull 39 and 14 for now. But what is a brake shift interlock and why is it flowing continuously? And what is clicking in the dash and how much should a turned off cluster pull?

It sounds like your battery saver relay is not functioning properly. That is part of the GEM or Body Control module. It has timers and delays turning off various circuits like radio and courtesy lights after you remove the key.

Sounds plausible. Where is it located? I don't have a schematic. Got a link to a free one?

I, personally don’t. Hopefully another member reading will have drawings that new. I’ll take a quick look in the tech library.

That's a great link. Thanks. Looks like the BS Relay only serves interior lights.
The fuse 5 is always hot and goes through a FET in the SJ Box then to the shift relay solenoid coil then to ground. Anybody know if that FET is supposed to always send through power even if the key is off?
Fuse 26 is always hot to the inst cluster. When I plug it in I hear a quick clicking from the dash which lasts for 20 seconds. I don't think there's a schematic of what's in the instrument cluster at that charm.li link. They treat it like a black box. Anybody know what could be in there doing that clicking?
