Bronco ll running rich

I have a 86 bronco ll I put a
88 engine in it seems to be running rich . The 88 didn't have a egr on it. I read on the form that the computer could make it run rich so I put the 88 computer in it . Now it won't start so I put the old computer back in it but it still won't start. I don't think the fuel pumps are working what could of caused this? Thank for your help

So I guess the fuel pumps arent buzzing? Both right?

Go under the hood and find the fuel pump relay. If it clicks when the key is turned on (engine off) then it might still be bad...Either replace and see what happens (cheap enough) or check with a volt meter and confim that the voltage going in is the same going out with the key on.
