Does anyone know if it is possible to "grease" or somehow otherwise fix a sticky retractor on the front 3 point seatbelts? The ones I have seem to work fine other than needing a little help now and then when retracting and I am trying to avoid buying new ones.

Take it out and put some dry lube in it, like fine graphite or something. I'd avoid just spraying it with WD-40 or something since that would then get on the belt, which would then get on your clothes... In a truck like mine it wouldn't matter since I don't care, but the ladies might get a little angry about a grease spot.
