Bronco II Center in a ranger

So, I’ve been looking at new center consoles for my ranger because mine is all busted and I came across one at the junkyard in a mid 80’s BII and it had one of those little information displays built into the console and I wanted to know if I could actually make it work with a truck that never had that? How do those little displays even work? Does it have its own little wiring harness or something?

It would be fairly complex to add.

The floor plans are also different, it would take a bit of work to get it to fit.

the rpo setup from then may allow you just to grab all of the wiring and plug it in.


ours worked but i dont remember the details....i put late 90's early 2ks seats in to get the 60 40 bench for 3 across potential over the buckets and went to a reg ranger setup in my b2 for the e shift at one point.
