Hello I'm looking to make kind of a cheap fuel cell (not for safety, but just to locate it in the bed) and im can get a bronco fuel tank for pretty cheap. im wondering if the fuel pump/ sending unit from a fullsize bronco will work with my stock 95 ranger system. im hoping i can just extend the fuel lines, and electrical lines, make a fuel filler, and secure it in the bed. let me know if this is possible. thanks.

thanks casper. but im actually reffering to the fullsize bronco gas tanks. the 33 gallon one. not the bronco II.

ah okay I saw Bronco and thought of ii

1995's are EEC-V and have a more advanced evaporative emmissions control system, things like a loose gas cap can trip a check engine light.

So replacing the tank with another tank.... there are technical challenges to doing that that are generally beyond the scope of what I'm willing to type...

Would this tank be "in addition to" or "Instead of"?

sorry it took soo long to respond, but this tank would be instead of. i would really like to but a tank in the bed and get it out from underneath. and the bronco tank would fit perfect between my rollbars. and i would get more range out of a tank too.
