Bronco 2 rear brake upgrade

I am looking to upgrading my rear brakes from 9inch to a 10 inch.One queston,all that's required is the backing plate and then buy all new brake parts or is there more parts I need from the donor vehical?

Just take the whole axle.

And get Aerostar drums. They have the cooling fins.

If you would get a whole axle then you might as wel swap a 8.8 with disks

I was looking at this for this winter trying to put on a little paint right now plus trying to be real careful with money.I like the idea of four wheeling with disks for more control backing down steep hills.This conversion would work on a Ranger 8.8 or your 7.5.
