Bronco 2 project for my son

On a side note…. The key and tumbler set from Napa is not worth the metal it’s made out of… key was broken off in the ignition so I drilled it out and went to put the “new better” part in and well let’s just say I pulled the cardboard off and it came apart and I mean completely apart … springs etc… not useable lol I’ll hit the yard and get a factory ford one (if I can)

@North Idaho 5.oh
I used OEM Doorman replacement and it appears and functions as good as stock or any other replacement tumbler I've installed on these vehicles 🙂

Been a while since I’ve posted, but since the weather is getting warmer and life has slowed down a little bit I can finally work on it. I’m bouncing between projects to try to get more done…
For starters I mocked up the shifters today since I’m impatient and wanted to see lol Also got the intake placed, throttle cable installed, Y pipe bolted to the manifolds, and the gas pedal mounted back up. Lots of little stuff, but it’s progress 👍🏻
I do however have a few questions about the fuel lines …. Would it be easier to just swap all lines and pump from an explorer (if possible) or just fab up a fitting ?
My biggest issue though is the wiring side of things since I don’t see colors too good. With the dash and radiator support wiring all swapped in, it should (for the most part) be a plug and play deal right?

Just cut the female fitting off and get the correct male fitting. It looks like you need the 14mm (that's what I needed).
Dorman 800-131 SPRINGLOCK FUEL LINE CONNECTOR- 14mm
Dorman 800-130 SPRINGLOCK FUEL LINE CONNECTOR- 11mm

Just heat the fitting up and then press it into the plastic fuel line.
I’ve got tons of those fittings around so I’ll be giving that a try… I was just making sure that the b2 lines are going to be sufficient with the 4.0 as well as the pump etc…

My fuel system is stock 2.9 right up the filter and front pump. After it's 4.0 parts.
