Brakes squishy after bleed and superlift

Ok so I finished my superlift 98 ranger 4.0 cyl. I did as was instructed, bracket drop in front left rear, tightened and re torqued after brake failure. Did a complete bleed, right rear to left rear to front right to front left. Got a solid stream off all 4 bleed valves with no air. Same thing every time... Took a couple pumps and solid brake pedal (engine off) then once engine cranked pedal goes to floor, rear brakes click, front calipers have slight pressure but can still turn front wheels while jacked. I suspect either abs/master cylinder bleed or bad master cylinder (brakes worked okay before lifting) unfortunately I have to stop for the night and continue tomorrow but would like any suggestions for future trouble shooting. Thanks for reading and any recommendations.

If you allowed the fluid in the brake reservoir to run all the way down during the install or bleed, then you've probably got an air bubble trapped in the master cylinder. I don't know the brake systems on the newer Rangers, but it may require bench bleeding or specific manipulations to get that out.
