Brake pedal

89 Eddie Bauer B2, what's the trick to get the pedal bracket out? I've pulled every bolt I can see, dropped the column, removed the gauge cluster, all the linkages. I can't remove the two bolts at the top sides, that connect to the support arms, but I disconnected them from the bottom, and I cannot get this thing out.

HELP.
