Suggestions welcomed: 1999 Mazda B2500. Checked booster with various tests (check valve working/18"Hg intake manifold/and other suggested tests all passed to verify booster issues.)
It seems to happen after driven for a little while. When cold the pedal goes down about 75% (to floor) with an air sound. Vehicle stops just fine. With truck off and booster expelled of all vacuum
I depressed and held pedal firmly for 15 sec. and pedal does not go down more so I know Master cylinder is holding. Another suspicious thing is when I press brake pedal my clutch pedal also
slightly moves. BTW, I looked at bracket and not cracked. I have to bring the pedal up with my toe to return it back. I'm thinking maybe pedal hinges needs to be lubricated.
I also still need to check pads and shoes. Any suggestions welcomed and much appreciated.
