Im looking to get a 4'' lift and i know i will need extended brake lines. The brake lines i have seen though have the two for the front but only one for the rear. Will i really only need one extended line for the rear?

yep. To extend the rear mainline requires only 1extension.

You will need the front lines.

I'm running 5" of suspension lift with the stock rear line. It has tons of slack, and you can just move the bracket down from the frame a bit if needed.

Really? If i can get away with that i will be pretty happy since it will save me some money.

Yes, I have quite a bit or droop/flex with my 63" chevy leafs and extended shackles and all I did was add a 2" extension to the factory bracket on the frame to drop it down a bit more. There is enough hardline there to bend it down to make it work.

So all i would have to do is just bend it a little and be good to go?

There should be.
