I have a 1993 2.3L Ford Ranger and while driving my brake lights flicker on and off anybody have a clue to this problem? while parked all lights function normal.:annoyed:

There it a splitter near the end of the left frame rail. It turns one wire into two, there's also another for the taillights and license plate lights turns one into three.

These are known to corrode internally. You'll have to cut the wires fore and aft of it and put in new butt connector, heat shrink ones are the best.
