Boots for front and rear driveshafts.

Both of my boots need to be replaced, does anybody know where I can get them?

Try your local driveline repair and balance shop. They should be able to get them if you have a standard spicer u-joint type shaft. Or maybe try calling dana - spicer service center.

I got a replacement boot for the front driveshaft from the ford dealer. It wasnt that expensive from what I remember. Even came with new boot clamps.

Thanks. I'll check them out. If I can't find any, I'll use a shock boot, or just leave them off.

Leaving the boot off is just a bad idea, once you get some dirt in there it will either lock up the slip joint, grind the Teflon off the splines, or both

i had some old shocks (skyjacker or something with a boot) and i just used to boots off them..hasn't torn or anything yet and has been wheeled pretty hard..they r cheaper than the ford boots id think. just an idea.

Yea I found some at broncograveyard. I am using shockboots til I get them.
