sup guys, im planning to do a body lift on my truck, and a friend of mine told me he can make the bushings out of polyurethane.
so instead of lift blocks i thought a single taller bushing would be better.
so anyone knows the specs on the stock bushing?
i would like to know the height, diameter and bolt hole diameter.
also the bolt measure and lenght, since im going to lift the body ill need new bolts.
ive seen that the cab has 6 bushings and the bed has 6 mounting bolts too.
im planning to do a 2" lift, so the bed would just need 2" blocks right?
are the 6 cab bushings the same measure?

and last, would i need a steering extension with a 2" body lift?

thanks in advance

IMO, I wouldn't do that. Just replace your body mounts with the specified replacements and get a proper body lift. That's the way I would do it. I hope I didn't burst you bubble RSH. :icon_rofl: Unless an expert would like to step in and enlighten us.

what if i use lift blocks above the body mounts, like a body lift kit is tend to install?
is polyurethane a good option?
